What To Expect:
Sessions:
Your initial session will run approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. During this time, you will receive a thorough explanation of how hypnosis works to help you make positive changes in your life. All of your questions will be answered.
We work together to come up with an individualized treatment plan. You will then experience how naturally and easily you can go into a deeply relaxed state of hypnosis. Typically, follow up sessions last one hour.
My goal is to assist you, utilizing the most advanced techniques in hypnosis, guided imagery, parts therapy, NLP (neurolinguistic programming), and Time Line Therapy to achieve the outcome you desire.
If appropriate, a session is recorded and given to you on a CD to use at home. This is an excellent tool for reinforcing the work we have done, lessens the number of office visits required, and keeps your costs down. The CD is a valuable approach, as clients discover they can accomplish and reinforce changes on their own.
